This year, I interviewed several longevity experts about the practices they recommend for optimal health. Here's what I learned from them.
One of the most significant takeaways was the emphasis on a balanced diet rich in whole foods. Experts highlighted the importance of incorporating a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats into daily meals. They stressed that a diet low in processed foods can significantly impact overall health and longevity.

Activities such as walking, strength training, and flexibility exercises were recommended to enhance mobility and overall well-being.
Lastly, the experts underscored the importance of social connections and mental health. They encouraged individuals to prioritize mental well-being through mindfulness practices, hobbies, and supportive social networks.
